Every feature we ship changes a real admission decision. The team is small enough that you own your area end to end, and close enough to students that you hear when something does not work.
How we work
- Small teams, direct ownership, no layers between you and the decision.
- Remote-friendly across India, with periodic in-person planning weeks.
- Written-first: proposals over meetings.
- Accuracy is a hard requirement. We would rather ship less than publish a number we cannot source.
Where we usually hire
- Admission counsellors — regional counselling expertise, strong communication in English plus at least one Indian language.
- Content specialists — exam, course and college research with an eye for primary sources.
- Engineering — TypeScript, Next.js, MongoDB.
- Data — cut-off datasets, analytics and reporting.
